Book Referral Campaign

1. Organizer
This referral campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Swelv (“Organizer”, “we”, “us”).
2. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
Participation is free and requires no purchase.
Employees of Swelv are not eligible.
3. Campaign Period
The Campaign runs from 19th December 2025 to 31st December 2025.
Swelv reserves the right to end or extend the Campaign at any time.
4. How to Participate
To qualify for a reward, a participant (“Referrer”) must:
Invite three (3) unique friends using their personal referral code.
Each referred friend (“Referee”) must:
Download the Swelv app using the referral code
Create a valid account
Publish at least one reading-related post on Swelv, which may include:
Finishing a book
Starting a book
Sharing a thought, quote, or reflection related to a book
Follow at least one other Swelv user
5. Verification & Anti-Fraud Policy
To ensure fairness, Swelv will verify all accounts before confirming winners.
The following will result in disqualification:
Fake, duplicate, inactive, or bot accounts
Self-referrals or multiple accounts created by the same person
Accounts created solely to complete referral requirements without genuine activity
In exceptional cases and where reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, Swelv may request additional information from a participant. Any such request, including identity verification if required, will be conducted through a secure platform and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Reward, Availability & Limitations
The total number of gifts available during the Campaign is up to twenty (20) and may be adjusted at Swelv’s discretion.
Gifts will be awarded to the first 20 eligible participants who fully meet all requirements after verification.
Eligibility is confirmed only once Swelv has completed all checks.
One (1) gift per person.
7. Eligible Territories & Shipping
Gifts are limited to users with a valid shipping address in Europe.
Swelv reserves the right to refuse shipment if the provided address is outside Europe or invalid.
8. Book Selection & Language
The initial book selection is primarily French.
Other languages, including English, may be offered depending on availability.
If a selected book or language version is unavailable, Swelv reserves the right to propose:
An alternative title, and/or
A different language version, subject to availability.
9. Shipping Conditions
Shipping costs are covered by Swelv.
Swelv is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the participant.
10. Data & Privacy
Personal data collected during the Campaign will be used solely for:
Campaign administration
Winner communication
Prize fulfillment
Data will be processed in accordance with Swelv’s Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications & Termination
Swelv reserves the right to:
Modify these Terms & Conditions
Suspend or cancel the Campaign
Disqualify any participant who violates the rules
Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts.
